Well, this admission has definitely been different from the rest, thanks to Covid.
Still, it’s not as different as I expected it to be. The biggest change that sucks is being stuck on the unit all the time instead of being allowed to roam the facility.
My moods have been staying consistently at the very low end of normal for me. Dr. M did make a couple of medication tweaks, so between that and rest I should hopefully bounce back from this blip sooner rather than later.
The one benefit to being here over the weekend is that I can hit the ground running with groups on Monday morning, which will be good. I remain optimistic that this is going to be a short stay.
