The darkness feels like it’s lifting.

Today wasn’t too bad of a day.

I woke up with my shoulder feeling a bit better this morning, and it has been continuing to improve all day, to the point that I have nearly full range of motion in it without discomfort. I’m hoping the last little bit of the discomfort that remains will fade, but either way, it’s feeling better than it was before the procedure.

I ended up covering the store for Lynn this morning, and while I was down there I got my photos processed and ready to be printed. This afternoon after Lynn got down to the store I went over to the drug store and had a bunch printed, and got some of them framed tonight. I need to go back on Thursday morning before the market to get a couple of others printed, but I am basically ready, which is good.

Mentally, I’m starting to feel better as well. The fatigue is constant, but the darkness is starting to lift again, and I am getting some more energy.

Tomorrow is looking like it’s going to be a fairly subdued day. It is a national holiday, however with the pandemic there is not a lot of celebrations happening in the region. If the weather holds, there are fireworks scheduled in a neighbouring community tomorrow evening which we are hoping to attend.

Otherwise, I’m thinking tomorrow is going to be fairly restful. I’m going to do some schoolwork, but otherwise I think I’m just going to take things easy. We’ll see.

Happy Canada Day everyone!
