Yesterday was mainly about photography.
I was up and out early for my every 90 day bloodwork for my blood sugars. It is a standing order, but due to the instability of my sugars of late they agreed that it was probably good to get it done.
After I got back home I ended up crashing on the couch for a couple hours, and generally just had a hard time getting myself moving.

In the afternoon, after Lynn went down to the store, I loaded Rolo into the car, and went for a nice drive through the backcountry near where I live. In the afternoon we stopped by an old church I like going to, and on the way passed a field that had to have at least a few hundred geese in it. We threaded our way through the back roads, and I found some old buildings that I have never stumbled across before. Even better, the landowner has given me permission to go check it out up close once the snow melts.

I spent some time doing some computer work when I got home, then after watching some television for a couple hours after supper, I grabbed my gear and went to do some night photography near the old grain elevator in my community.
All in all, despite not feeling great in the morning, I had a good day, and am grateful for the opportunity to practise my photography skills in the natural beauty that surrounds me.
