Well, today has not been a great day.
I’ve been dragging ass all day. Tired. Grumpy.
It’s definitely a good indication that I’ve been pushing it hard, Maybe too hard.
It is what it is though, and Lynn is on her way home, so having her close again will definitely help, and plans are underway to possibly escape for a few days next week myself.
The Snowbirds last night were amazing. They performed over the skies of the Flagstaff regional airport for around 30 minutes, and the show was fantastic.
I used to love watching the Snowbirds back in Comox, and the show last night was definitely a blast from the past.
Despite being in grouchy mood, I did manage to get some accomplished. I got a load of laundry done, grabbed some groceries for supper tonight, and got some more Yardwork in the back yard done, so the day hasn’t been a complete right off.
Still on deck for today are a workout, some Red Dead Redemption 2, and possibly some more of my Photoshop course that I’m taking through Adobe. I’ve been learning a lot about how versatile the program is. I’m also learning that pictures are difficult to trust in this day and age, with the manipulation that can be done.
I’ve posted more photographs to my photography page, including some experimenting I did with some macro photography, a sample of which is here as well.
I have to admit, I’m loving the photography, and the fact that I can still find it enjoyable even on my bad days speaks volumes about where I am in my recovery.
Let’s face it, bad days happen. They aren’t the end of the world. They are something to get through until I reach the good days again.
