That’s a wrap, RDR2…

After taking a day and a half off, I am feeling recharged and ready to take on the week.

I definitely needed the downtime, and with the way this week is shaping up, it’s a good thing I took. Looking at the calendar, this week is shaping up to be busy, but slightly more sane than last week. As long as I don’t push myself too hard and take my downtime, such as my planned day off for Thursday, I think things should be manageable.

As part of my recreation yesterday, I finally completed RDR2.

I am in awe of the writing, voice acting, and pretty much everything surrounding the single player component of the game. I plan to do some more investigating around the map before I shift gears into Red Dead Online. I stand by my earlier review of the title, it’s as close to perfect as a video game can get. The way it ties into the original game is great as well. If the original was playable on the PS4 the two titles would just about seamlessly merge into each other. I’m wishing the original tile was released as a remaster, because if it were it would definitely be my next game played.

Lynn’s Calgary Expo experience is done for another year, and she should be home this evening sometime. I’m looking forward to her getting home. It’s been quiet without her. Her and some friends are going to go see Endgame before she comes home though. Grumble. Oh well, I did go see Captain Marvel without her, lol.

Today, I’m off to borrow a mole trap from the town, since we have had one move into our backyard, and it’s time to evict the little bugger. Then I have an appointment with M via Skype at 11, then off covering a couple events today, so busy busy.

Thanks for following along,
